Packard Court Senior Housing Project Gains Final Funding Piece

Rural Edge has secured the final funding needed to construct Packard Court, a four-story senior housing facility on Main Street in St. Johnsbury, following the announcement of federal housing tax credits. The $11 million project, developed in partnership with Evernorth, will provide 26 units along with office and common spaces, and is set to incorporate various resident services. With all funding in place, construction is anticipated to begin in early spring 2025, marking a significant step towards addressing affordable housing needs in the community.
